*Start your application process early so that you have enough time to plan with your school and get their approval
- Download and complete the fillable Application Form. Print it off and bring it to your school’s coordinator.
- Download and fill in the School Recommendation Form and ensure your school has given their approval to participate on the exchange
- Email the completed Application Form and School Recommendation Form along with the $1000 deposit, by e-transfer, to Education Abroad Canada. Please note that this is a non-refundable fee once the application has been submitted.
- You will be sent a code by Education Abroad Canada to download the Family File from our website
- Complete the Family File ensuring all information is detailed – your host family will see this information.
- Send your completed Family File to Education Abroad Canada
Applications are accepted from September 1st through March 30th
