Info Meetings

Information Meetings

Education Abroad Canada works together with schools to plan information sessions for students during the school day from September to January. Information sessions are also held in the evening for interested families.

If you are a teacher and are interested in having an Education Abroad Canada representative speak at your school, please contact us.

Mandatory Preparation Meetings

* Must be attended by the exchange student and at least one parent.

Once enrolled, families are required to attend two Preparation Meetings in January and in the late Spring. The objective is to prepare students by openly discussing cultural differences, school abroad and what to expect from the exchange.
